MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Membership Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with Duo

Styling Ltd ("Duo Styling", "we", "our" or "us"). By purchasing a membership, you agree to

be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions & Company Information

1.1 Definitions

Member - means the individual who purchases a Duo Styling Membership.

Membership - means the recurring monthly styling subscription provided by Duo Styling.

Services - means the styling services and digital content included within the Membership.

Business Day - means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.

2. Membership

2.1 Commencement

Your Membership begins on the date your first successful payment is received.

2.2 Membership Fee

Membership is charged at £200 per calendar month.

Payments are collected automatically each month until your Membership ends in

accordance with these Terms.2.3 What's Included

Each Membership includes:

• Six (6) curated shoppable looks each month;

• Recommendations tailored to your personal style, lifestyle, budget and preferences;

• Clothing, footwear and accessory recommendations where appropriate;

• One (1) styling revision each month.

2.3 Delivery

We aim to deliver your monthly styling recommendations within the first 10 Business

Days of each Membership month, provided we have received all information reasonably

required from you.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.

2.4 Retailers

Duo Styling does not sell clothing directly.

All recommendations are provided through third-party retailers.

Any purchases made are entirely between you and the retailer and are subject to that

retailer's pricing, availability, delivery, returns and terms.

2.5 Product Availability

Fashion retailers regularly change stock.

We cannot guarantee that recommended products will remain available after

recommendations have been issued.

Products may sell out, change price or be discontinued without notice.

2.6 Affiliate Links

Where applicable, some retailer links may be affiliate links.

If you purchase through these links, Duo Styling may receive a commission at no

additional cost to you.

3. Membership Term

3.1 Minimum Term

Membership has an initial minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive calendar months.

3.2 Ongoing MembershipFollowing the minimum term, Membership continues on a rolling monthly basis until

cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Provider

Payments are securely processed through Stripe or another payment provider selected by

Duo Styling.

4.2 Recurring Payments

By subscribing, you authorise Duo Styling to collect recurring monthly payments of £200.

4.3 Failed Payments

If payment cannot be collected, we may:

• suspend your Membership;

• delay delivery of styling recommendations; or

• terminate your Membership if payment remains outstanding.

You remain responsible for any outstanding Membership fees.

5. Cancellation

5.1 Automatic Renewal

Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.

5.2 Notice Period

You may cancel your Membership by giving one (1) month's written notice at any time from

your second month of Membership.

Membership remains active until:

• the initial three-month minimum term has been completed; and

• your one-month notice period has expired.

5.3 Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to:

5.4 Membership Pauses

Membership cannot ordinarily be paused.Any pause is entirely at Duo Styling's discretion and does not create an ongoing

entitlement.

5.5 Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Cooling-Off Rights

If you purchase your Membership online or through another distance-selling method, you

may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you ask us to begin providing services during your statutory cooling-off period, you

acknowledge that:

• services already provided may be chargeable; and

• once the service has been fully performed, your statutory cancellation rights may

end where permitted by law.

7. Member Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate sizing information;

• provide accurate budget information;

• complete questionnaires honestly;

• notify us of any significant changes to your measurements or preferences;

• respond promptly to requests for information where reasonably required.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay delivery of your monthly styling

recommendations.

Such delays do not pause or extend your Membership.

Unused months do not roll over unless agreed by us in writing.

8. Styling Service

8.1 Personal Recommendations

All styling recommendations are based upon the information you provide.

Fashion is subjective, and personal preferences differ.

While we use our professional expertise, we cannot guarantee that every recommendation

will match your personal taste.

8.2 Sizing

Sizing differs significantly between brands.Although recommendations are made using the measurements and information you

provide, Duo Styling cannot guarantee fit.

8.3 Colours

Colours may vary between digital images and actual products due to photography, lighting

and individual device settings.

9. Styling Revisions & Communication

Each monthly Membership includes one styling revision.

Requests beyond these revisions are not included and may be declined or offered as an

additional paid service.

Communication relating to your Membership will normally take place via email and, where

appropriate, WhatsApp.

Membership includes communication reasonably necessary to deliver your styling

recommendations and included revisions only.

Ongoing styling advice, unlimited messaging, additional outfit requests or continuous

WhatsApp support are not included within your Membership.

We reserve the right to reasonably limit communication where requests exceed the scope

of the Membership.

10. Intellectual Property

All styling boards, lookbooks, recommendations, graphics, written materials and digital

content remain the intellectual property of Duo Styling Ltd.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for

your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• reproduce;

• copy;

• distribute;

• sell;

• publish;

• upload; or

• commercially exploit

any Membership materials without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.By joining the Membership, you agree that we may contact you regarding:

• your styling service;

• account administration;

• billing;

• service updates; and

• other communications necessary to administer your Membership.

Marketing communications will only be sent where you have consented or where

otherwise permitted by law.

12. Photographs & Testimonials

We will never use photographs of your wardrobe, outfits or styling sessions for marketing

purposes without your prior consent.

If you choose to provide a testimonial or consent to photographs being used, you may

withdraw that consent at any time for future use by contacting us in writing.

13. Limitation of Liability

Duo Styling provides professional styling recommendations only.

We are not responsible for:

• product quality;

• retailer pricing;

• stock availability;

• sizing;

• manufacture;

• delivery;

• retailer returns policies; or

• third-party websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duo Styling shall not be liable for any indirect or

consequential loss arising from your Membership.

Nothing within these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so,

including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or your statutory

consumer rights.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Membership immediately if:

• payment remains outstanding;

• you materially breach these Terms;

• you misuse Membership materials;

• you behave in an abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate manner

towards our team; or• we reasonably believe continuation of the Membership would no longer be

appropriate.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or

failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to

illness, severe weather, transport disruption, internet outages, software failures, supplier

issues, acts of government or natural disasters.

16. Changes to Membership

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect.

Continued Membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated

Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Duo Styling Ltd and the Member

regarding the Membership and supersede any previous discussions or communications.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the

courts of England and Wales.


PART TWO

DUO STYLING LTD

STYLING SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern all styling services provided by Duo Styling Ltd ("Duo

Styling", "we", "our" or "us"). By booking any Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

Client means the individual booking a styling service with Duo Styling.Services means any styling service provided by Duo Styling, including but not limited to

wardrobe detoxs, wardrobe organisation, virtual styling, in-person styling, personal

shopping and outfit planning.

Booking means a confirmed appointment for any Service.

Business Day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.

2. Booking Your Appointment

2.1

Bookings are confirmed once:

• we have accepted your booking; and

• the required 50% deposit has been received.

2.2

Appointment dates and times are subject to availability.

2.3

We reserve the right to decline a booking where we are unable to accommodate your

requested appointment.

3. Fees & Payment

3.1

Service prices are those advertised on our website or otherwise agreed with you in writing

at the time of booking.

3.2

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total appointment fee is required to secure all

bookings. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3.3

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before your scheduled

appointment. A secure Stripe payment link (or alternative payment method selected by

Duo Styling) will be sent in advance of your appointment.

3.4

If the remaining balance has not been received by 48 hours before the appointment, we

reserve the right to cancel the booking. In such circumstances, the booking deposit will be

forfeited, and any future booking will require a new deposit.

3.5

Payments are securely processed through Stripe or another payment provider selected by

Duo Styling.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

4.1 Client Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled by providing at least 72 hours' notice before the

scheduled appointment.

Where at least 72 hours' notice is given:

• your original deposit will be transferred to a new appointment;

• one complimentary reschedule is permitted; and

• the new appointment must take place within 60 days of the original appointment

date.

Any further rescheduling requests may require a new deposit at our discretion.

4.2 Client Cancellation

If you cancel:

• more than 72 hours before your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a

future booking at our discretion;

• within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you wish to book another appointment after cancelling within 72 hours, a new 50%

deposit will be required.

4.3 No Shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice:

• your deposit will be forfeited; and

• the remaining balance of the full appointment fee will remain payable.

4.4 Cancellation by Duo Styling

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency or

circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will offer either:

• an alternative appointment; or

• a full refund of any payment already received.

5. Arrival & Appointment Times

5.1

Please be available at the agreed appointment time.5.2

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.

5.2

Late arrival may reduce the time available for your appointment. Appointments will

normally finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.

6. Home Appointments

This section applies to wardrobe detoxs, wardrobe organisation and any styling service

carried out at your home.

6.1 Safe Working Environment

You agree to provide a safe and suitable working environment.

6.2 Access

Please ensure we have reasonable access to all areas required for the appointment.

6.3 Preparation

To allow your appointment to run as efficiently as possible, all clothing, shoes and

accessories that you would like us to review should be readily accessible before the

appointment begins.

6.4 Children & Pets

For everyone's safety and to allow the appointment to run efficiently, we recommend that

young children and pets are supervised throughout the appointment.

6.5 Personal Property

We will handle your belongings with reasonable care.

However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear or

damage that could not reasonably have been avoided.

6.6 Wardrobe Decisions

Recommendations regarding what to keep, alter, donate or recycle are professional

opinions only.

The final decision always remains yours.

7. Virtual Styling Appointments

7.1

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:• a suitable internet connection;

• a working device;

• access to the agreed video platform.

7.2

If technical issues arise, both parties will use reasonable efforts to reconnect.

Where an appointment cannot continue because of circumstances outside our reasonable

control, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule.

8. Personal Shopping & Product Recommendations

8.1

All clothing recommendations are based on the information you provide regarding:

• lifestyle;

• personal taste;

• budget;

• sizing;

• colour preferences;

• style goals.

Recommendations will be made within the budget you provide. We are not responsible

where recommended items exceed your budget because retailer prices have changed

after recommendations are made.

8.2

We do not guarantee that recommended items will remain available. Products may sell

out, change price or be discontinued without notice.

8.3

Unless specifically agreed in writing as part of your booked Service, Duo Styling provides

recommendations only and does not purchase products on your behalf.

8.4

Any purchases you make are made directly with the relevant retailer.

8.5

Returns, exchanges, warranties and delivery remain the responsibility of the retailer.

8.6

Where applicable, Duo Styling may receive commission through affiliate links at no

additional cost to you.

9. Sizing & Styling Disclaimer

Fashion is subjective.

While we use our professional expertise and experience, we cannot guarantee that every

recommendation will suit your personal preferences.

Sizing varies significantly between brands.

Recommendations are based on the measurements and information you provide, and we

cannot guarantee fit.

Colours may appear differently due to photography, lighting or individual screen settings.

10. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate measurements where requested;

• disclose relevant preferences;

• provide an honest and realistic shopping budget;

• notify us of any significant changes before your appointment;

• ensure clothing and accessories are prepared and accessible where applicable;

• communicate respectfully with our team.

Where inaccurate information is provided, Duo Styling cannot accept responsibility for

recommendations based on that information.

11. Travel

Appointments within our standard service area are included within the agreed service fee

unless otherwise stated.

Where appointments require additional travel, mileage, congestion charges or similar

costs, these will be discussed and agreed with you before your appointment.

Where parking charges are incurred during your appointment, these will be the

responsibility of the Client and will either be invoiced separately or added to your final

invoice, where applicable.

12. Photography & Marketing

We will never photograph your wardrobe, home or styling session for marketing purposes

without your express permission.

If you consent to photographs being used, you may withdraw your consent for future use

by contacting us in writing.13. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy.

Information obtained during styling appointments, including information relating to your

home, wardrobe and personal circumstances, will be treated as confidential except where

disclosure is required by law.

13. Intellectual Property

All styling materials, lookbooks, outfit plans, written recommendations and digital content

remain the intellectual property of Duo Styling Ltd.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own

private use.

They may not be copied, reproduced, shared, sold or used commercially without our prior

written consent.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duo Styling shall not be liable for:

• products supplied by third-party retailers;

• retailer pricing or stock availability;

• delivery delays;

• returns or exchanges;

• indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so,

including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or your statutory

consumer rights.

15. Right to Refuse or End Services

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or end a Service where:

• payment has not been received;

• these Terms have been materially breached;

• abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour occurs;

• we reasonably believe the safety or wellbeing of our team may be at risk.

Where a session is ended due to inappropriate behaviour by the Client, no refund will be

payable.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this

results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, severe

weather, transport disruption, internet outages, software failures, supplier issues, acts of

government or natural disasters.

17. Privacy

We process all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always apply to future bookings.

19. Entire Agreement

regarding the booked Services and supersede all previous discussions or
